Delete your data

Three ways, depending on what you want gone. All of them are honoured.

Disconnect a social platform

In WebinarStreamer, go to Settings and press Disconnect on the platform — YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch. The access tokens that platform issued us are deleted immediately, and we can no longer create or update anything on your channel or Page. Broadcasts already published stay where they are; they belong to your channel, not to us.

You can also revoke access from the platform’s own settings — on Facebook, under Settings & privacy → Apps and Websites. Doing it there works too; the stored tokens stop functioning and are cleared the next time we try to use them.

Delete your whole account

Email upconsultingteam@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. The workspace and everything in it — webinars, registrants, uploaded video, connected platform tokens, analytics — is deleted within 30 days. We confirm by email when it is done.

You registered for someone’s webinar

Your details belong to the business that ran it, not to WebinarStreamer. Ask them directly, or email upconsultingteam@gmail.com with the webinar and the address you registered with, and we will pass the request on and remove the record.

Unsubscribe from emails

Every email sent through WebinarStreamer carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in to anything.
