WebinarStreamer is webinar hosting software operated by Integrity Right Solutions LLC. Businesses use it to run live and recorded webinars, take registrations, and stream those webinars to their own social platforms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
Who the data belongs to
There are two kinds of people here, and they are treated differently. A customer is a business with an account. A registrant is someone who signs up for that business’s webinar. Registrant data belongs to the customer whose webinar it is; we process it on their behalf and do not use it for our own purposes.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, and workspace name for each customer.
- Webinar content — titles, descriptions, uploaded video, images, offers, emails, and chat written by the customer.
- Registration details — the name and email a registrant enters, which session they picked, whether they attended, and what they clicked during it.
- Connected platform access — when a customer connects YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch, we store the access tokens those platforms issue. They are used for one thing: creating and updating that customer’s own broadcasts, with the title, description, and thumbnail they wrote. We do not read their posts, contacts, or messages, and we never post anything they did not create in this app.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use a customer’s registrant list to market anything of our own, and one customer’s data is never visible to another — every record is scoped to its workspace at the database level.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare Stream (video hosting and delivery), Render (application hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
How long we keep it
Customer and webinar data is kept for as long as the account exists. Deleting a webinar deletes its registrants, chat, and analytics with it. Closing an account deletes the workspace and everything in it within 30 days. Disconnecting a social platform deletes the stored tokens for it immediately.
Your choices
- Customers can export or delete their data from inside the dashboard.
- Registrants can unsubscribe from any email they receive, and can ask the business running the webinar to delete their details.
- Anyone can email upconsultingteam@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. See Delete your data for the steps.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access tokens and stream keys are stored server side and are never sent to a browser. Row-level security in the database restricts every record to the workspace that owns it.
Children
WebinarStreamer is business software and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, customers are notified by email before it takes effect.
