Terms of Service

These terms cover use of WebinarStreamer, operated by Integrity Right Solutions LLC. Using the service means agreeing to them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite. Keep your credentials to yourself.

What you may not do

• Stream or host content you do not have the rights to.
• Send email to people who did not ask to hear from you.
• Break the rules of a platform you connect. YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch each have their own terms, and streaming through us does not exempt you from them.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

Your content

Your webinars, video, and registrant lists remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, transcode, and deliver them, and to send them to the platforms you connect.

Streaming to other platforms

When you connect a platform, you authorise us to create and update broadcasts there on your behalf, using the listing you wrote. We cannot control what that platform then does with it — a platform may reject, restrict, or remove a broadcast under its own rules, and that is between you and them.

Billing

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are exactly that. Refunds are handled case by case — email us.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and available, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Ending it

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
